How to Return or Exchange:

  • Online Returns Portal: For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Online Returns Portal.
  • Return Window: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange eligible items.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Earrings & Huggies (Ear Cuffs are returnable)
  • Engraved Products
  • Monogrammed Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Individual Products in Sets (must be returned as a complete set)

Important Notes:

  • Gift with Purchase: If your return affects the eligibility of a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • We won't email upon receipt of your return, but we will confirm your refund via email once processed.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
  • Complete sets must be returned together.
  • For Lab Grown Diamonds, include the SCS certification.
